Dispersal of surplus equipment unfit for purpose always necessary when circumstances change,
ie more contracts signed etc then new equipment acquisitions to carry out these contracts are necessary,
(ie if you have a Ute and you’ve just started a family you cash the Ute in and buy a suv or wagon or a vehicle fit for purpose,common sense l think.If you have a house that’s too large and downsize you sell and purchase what’s functional and appropriate,only my opinion.DYOR
