Sort of, basically for many years the company was controlled by Joey and Ben Lim. They inherited the original Aristo casino as that was set up by thier grandfather, the founder of Genting Group, now a large casino and business conglemerate. Because the company was controlled by these two, until very recently, there has not been practical accountability of the board.

Nice job putting down on paper the extent of how the Chairman and Exectutive director have benefitted from this company. However, I'm sure they'd argue they could only do so much as the CEO for a long time was also the major shareholder.
