They clearly refuse to walk on their own accord, knowing that their horrific performance in these roles would rule them out for any other positions elsewhere, and they’d likely have to take paycuts as Reichel is clearly not worth 580k...i’d imagine they’ll hang on by the fingernails recognising they are being massively overcompensated...
