Paul Arbuckle has only join Donaco since June. He's earning $400K a year, after tax he's left with around $250K
i think forking out $10K after having joined the company for less than 3 months... is fair. can't expect him to plough all his earning Donaco shares.
Ben Reichel on the other hand, earn thousands from Donaco for many years. it is his job as general counsel of the company to make sure all the contracts and paperwork are in order, yet he fail in his dealing with Somboon and Cambodian arbitration.. we should give him until the Singapore arbitration outcome. If its a bad outcome, we should boot Ben out.
