    The contractors are from all over PNG. In March 2020, they sent them back home when there was the initial COVID spike in PNG. This spike is much larger. So I feel it's likely that PNG government will impose inter-island travel restrictions once it faces reality. In that case, GPR can't realistically continue construction - the contractors will not want to be stranded on Woodlark. So that could push things back three to six months.
