the way I see it, they are paying $80k for the option. If they decide to go ahead, they issue shares to seller who in turn become shareholders in VAL The settlement price is .004 cps.

VAl are accumulating an enormous land tenement bank but does nothing for share price. We are forever in the accumulation stage and ap is dormant. Can we move into suring up some resource.

I do agtee it is the best time to accumulate at low prices.

If we can ride the wave and hit a peak before we get slam dunked into the shoreline it will be worrhwhile. Trouble is the wave is only a flat sea in the middle of the pacific at the moment.. many moons yet to pass.
