For once I agree with you Holla, given the lowest current ask for NOROC is .005 I too think that someone offering to buy 1M NOROA @ .001 is a clear indication of where things are heading.

How so? All they have done is confirm that revenue from Spark in the current financial year should be more or less the same as in the last two financial years. That's how contracts work.

No increase in revenue equals more of the same, capital raises & related party deals with PO's side gig (although who knows, maybe NOR is his side gig now?).
