if there’s an exit clause in the European marketing deal, I’m sure its being examined very closely.
perhaps it will be looked back on as a deal with the devil to enable the following cap raise (if my memory serves) and in turn keep Lbt afloat.
thermo may not have been ready to sign yet but Lbt needed something to keep the price up somewhat for the cap raise.
from that point of view, at least BB did what was needed to be done at the time….although it obv wasn’t pretty
time has passed and here we are
for all his faults and perhaps lack of capability, I can’t question BB’s motivation.
he’s trying, that’s for sure, throughout covid he keep the boat afloat and expanded the global footprint however he could.
I wouldn’t underestimate the value of the groundwork he laid with those few eu sales, new modules dev, the support infrastructure for Europe , and obv the spade work for the full Monty thermo us deal.
