    I'm twitchy finger on the pulse with it. IF these assets are good and come together- ergo deliver cash flow- then she is off to the races

    But something isn't passing the sniff test. Or they just don't know how to communicate their message properly. Can't really see much downside here, good 2-3 x upside potential. Watching closely either way
