The market doesn't like uncertainty.
Glass half full is that we've found a way to reduce capex, opex and timeline to production by merging/acquiring a company with a proven process that is already generating revenue. The guys are Polar Sapphire are obviously not dummies so it also strengthens our technical expertise.
Glass half empty is that we've changed our direction and the acquisition will result in more shares = further dilution.
We wait until January 31.
