..I have sought clarification on the equity position of bradda. It is potentially quite lucrative., but the wording of the announcement is vague as to the 2 year timeframe. What happens to the position after that should they not list?

Imo, given the current trend in lithium an IPO would be forthcoming later this year (if and when they finally get some results). A big name like Jim shouldn't have any trouble finding investors - we just have to see the size of the raise to know what sort of value znc has here. Too early to write it off. IMO any listing on the AIM would be north of aud50m (25m GBP), would provide a nice cash boost to Zenith. He may choose to list it on the US market and then things could look quite attractive given the current hype. Until we see the dollar figure in the IPO it's too early to judge the merits of the deal.
