I'm personally hoping SHELL put in the offer. Great for PES holders who ever comes back at PES with a new offer but as an Arrow share holder I dont see it in my best interest. Just my own opinion. Its like getting your little brother to make all the moves..and just sitting back. Thats how Im seeing Shell atm.
