The 37.6% take up was higher than the expected 30%.
The remaining 586.6m shares will be taken up by shortfall participants or underwriters. Quite a bit to stomach and I'm sure the underwriters will be under quite a bit of pressure to perform and sell them through...lol
Expect some good announcements over the next few weeks/months to distribute them into the market.
Interesting to see the sub notices finally come out shortly after 8/12 which is when the shortfall is allocated.
