the way the meeting will be run will be determined by the guaranteed votes both parties have.......
If current directors think or "know" they have the votes they will make it extremely difficult,
limit questions to 30 seconds only, limit questions to 1 per person, security at door, refuse entry in some
circumstances.......The person who chairs the meeting for BDI has total control....
Gadens will well and truly know what to do, engaging them was a very smart move......
