I did try to upload the pertinent section here but for some reason,H.C wouldn't let me.Maybe I should copy it and put it in the body of a post?No wonder we need a corporate lawyer.One could ask why? What about the KISS principal? Then I realized it's lawyers who draft the legislation in the first place and there wouldn't be any work for their colleagues if they made it easy to understand..
