Matthew Wood was the first Australian director to resign without explanation since then Matthew and Baata have shared an office and have been involved in other business ventures ( steepe gold star diamonds). Why did Matthew bail out why Baata stayed in and left it to the final hour to act, it has been obvious for a year or more the they were not operating in the best interests of all shareholders.
