Management, and Reeve in particular, have variously demonstrated stupidity, naivety, contempt for shareholders, and totally consuming self interest at the expense of good governance through various parts of the last 12-18 months.
The last couple of rounds of voting would have finally spelt it all out - the end of their reign is near in my view.
Whatever voting power I have will continue to support the changes now being implemented.
This company has some spectacular resource deposits, and it's time to get a team on board that is aligned with value creation through share price appreciation, not maintaining lifestyles of the rich and famous by bleeding the coffers dry.
