Mine did not arrive in the post until the due date by which time it was too late... how is this fair? I rang the issuer who gave no assistance and claimed it was bad luck and could've accessed a digital copy, but no one told me about a digital copy and then why not just have emailed a form out to everyone too? rang the PUR office last week and it went straight to message bank so I left my phone number but still no reply. DISGRACEFUL!
