They are an established, stable company. I do disagree with the comment that they can be easily disrupted by large payment giants on the human-factor that most faith organisations wouldn't want to align with them specifically as they would not offer specifically religion-targeted solutions.
There are other layers on top of the payment side that PushPay offer which is what makes PushPay's service appealing for the faith sector over generic payment solutions. I don't see major payment services aligning to tithing or church-related such as PushPay's Home Screen and Custom App offering. Those small details, play a big role in churches receiving funds from attendees.
