You sound like a shorter to me and will claim any nonsense to try and impact the SP. What utter nonsense you spout.
From the 2019 Annual Results:
"Pushpay has a strong track record of delivering on guidance. Since initially listing in August 2014, Pushpay is pleased to have met or exceeded all guidance provided to the market".
"Pushpay delivered on its EBITDAF guidance for the year ended 31 March 2019, increasing EBITDAF by US$20.2 million from a loss of US$18.6 million to a gain of US$1.6 million, an increase of 108%".

This is what today's announcements told us:
"Pushpay increased EBITDAF guidance twice over the six months to 30 September 2019".
"Pushpay increased EBITDAF for the six months ended 30 September 2019 by US$12.7 million".
"Operating cash flow improved by US$14.0 million over the six months ended 30 September 2019 when compared to the prior comparable period, from negative operating cash flow of US$5.1 million to positive operating cash flow of US$8.9 million, an increase of 274%".

Since when have they flunked on their revenue estimates? Revenue has been growing very strongly ever since they listed.
So, you are accusing management of cooking the books over the past 6 months to show an increase in revenue of US$13.million? Get real.
