Here are some better points.
1. Paid $132m to buy a business that has been losing ground to more advanced software. Had 5000 churches in 2015 now only has 4000
2. Pushpay is already integrated so all you are doing is buying your own customers. margin
3. why did Chris Heaslip sell 6.5m shares at a 13% discount. and why should he get the opportunity to sell in front of other shareholders with cash raised internally from the Company.
