Although I generally like to see founders remain on board retaining equity stakes. Only in my opinion of course, I do buy Chris and Eliot's reasons regarding workload, young families and in Eliot's case going through a divorce. Plus they are sitting on some tidy cash piles following their 9 years of work since foundering PPH.

I also applaud the maturity of Chris over the last year, who I think has recognised the evolution of PPH from a startup to a cashflow positive growth company. This is where a CEO with operations skills is now needed as well as the entrepreneurial vision. I note a lot of founders can fail to acknowledge the operator shortfall in their skillset.
Listening to interviews with both Bruce and Chris, to be honest I am happy that Bruce is CEO at this stage of the companies growth. Was really impressed with his strategy and understanding of the business in the stockmarket movers podcast.
