So what is fair price for Pushpay if they do make true on $72m USD annualise revenue by the end of the year??
I would think 9 or 10 times revenue is a fair price for a company growing that fast.
So 9 times $72m = $648m USD. Convert to AUD and we get $890m AUD.
There are around 250m shares, so that implies share price of $3.56.
Is 9 times too high? At 8 times revenue, implied price is about $3.15.
So very very impressive and maybe an excellent year ahead?
