I note the reference to marketing efforts to the Catholic Church (in the USA, I guess). Potentailly, a major account. This is a very hierarchical and centralised organisation and I would think it requires a different approach to PPH's past clients. Functions that allow donor recruitment, reporting and management at the local levels (church, then diocese) plus consolidation and reporting at the central level would seem to be necessary. I also think that sales efforts need to be multi-level with the higher levels critical. The Episcopalians will probably be similar.
