Another red flag !

I said a while back that the 'soft' guidance provided for FY22 raised more questions than answers. The departure of Bruce Gordon and now Shane Sampson coupled with the decline in Employee numbers reported in their FY21 results hardly breeds confidence, particularly on the back of the Founders and Founder investors exiting the business over the past two years. Not just a case of staff turnover, but a case of Key Personnel turnover.

In light of the above, have now sold down 70% of my original holding. Sad day, but cannot ignore the warning signs. Probably kick myself down the track. If so, so be it.
