Ann: Pushpay update on expressions of interest process, page-10

So its been over a month since these guys expressed interest in Pushpay yet not a squeak yet on where they are up to and unfortunately it does not seem to have brought out any other bidders for the business (at least not publically).

BGH/Sixth Street already owned 20% of the company so arguably they would not have invested if they had not seen something, but it does not look positive that we have not had a formal bid put forward (or perhaps I'm over thinking this)
