Wouldnt look too much into it. With EOFY and everything thats been happening any current bidders are exercising extra caution around funding certainty, and as for other potential bidders, they're probably betting on a deteriorating market putting pressure on the SP, giving them a bot more leverage in negotiations. All fun and games.
