This would be viable if the price rose on today's announcement.
If what you say is correct then it means the ones doing the insider trading have lost money by selling at a lower price this morning than what they bought at last week. I personally don't think that this is the case but I do believe there is a bigger play in motion to ensure the price doesn't run too high for whatever reason.
Either way the results are just another small step forward and continue with the current trend of increasing the probability of mining this area.
