The new ECT under Kos has not let us down. Most had doubts that ECT would fail to execute the convertible note deal particularly under the current financial crisis. Kos made sure that ECT delivered on this promise.
The next milestone will be to secure the VC agreement. Given that Kos succeeded with the PC deal, I have every confidence that the VC deal will also be successfully executed in due course.
The big test will be whether ECT can succesfully fund the construction of the Coldry plant. Kos believes they will succeed. Given his recent track record with the PC success,I dont see why he wont achieve this milestone.
The Coldry plant will set the seed for ECT's future growth. Without a plant, ECT has no future.
If Kos is doing a roadshow in February, one has to assume that the plant construction would have commenced by then or in the process of commencing.
