https://www.linkedin.com/in/joseph-constable-23ba2a61/ Jo Constable left H&G in April and he was the Portfolio Manager and Executive Director. He is on the board of PVE now and is obviously keen on the stock. However, it appears that he was replaced at H&G by https://www.linkedin.com/in/stefanpiruze/ as Investment Manager. I am eager to understand what Stefan thinks of PVE, but I have it on good authority that H&G wanted out. Happy to stand corrected on this.
But, yes, the fact that someone was happy to take $682k of stock is good news.
