you can see the holdings on the share Registry. Masterman reduced his holding from 21.7% to 18.5% two months ago. Nobody can give you a guarantee that an insider won't sell or this wouldn't be a casino. My guess is that he wanted to reduce the substantial risk while it was floundering for a while. It's jumped nicely now purely on oil price fears.
Main point is our ceo needs to get stuck into drilling more oil wells. It's cashed up + ready to go.
