    Now there's an ugly bit of dilution. Is $1.35 million going to increase the value of the company by 10%? I don't think so.

    One of the few things going for PVE was that it had enough cash flow that it wasn't going to need to raise money at stupid prices.

    Downgraded sentiment to hold.
