Nope - looks like all is good with Dar-Worley. . .
Worley has agreed to add a new board director suggested by its biggest shareholder, the Dar Group, to avoid a second strike against its remuneration report at its annual general meeting.
Emma Stein, a former analyst and energy executive who was educated in the UK and now sits on the boards of Cleanaway Waste Management, WaterNSW and Infigen Energy, will join Worley's board as a non-executive director on December 10.
