That is a lot of related party transactions. About $7mil in expenses. Too much to ignore. Anyone have any hint of understanding if these leases are fairly priced? Similarly, is the revenue generated fair from the related party transactions fair?
Why doesn't PWR just own these related party business out right? This would remove accounting uncertainty and suspicion.
