I was also on the conference call yesterday. There was lots of talk about automation again. Which got me thinking…
Employee headcount increased 13.3% in FY23. Looking back at FY21, revenue was $79.2m with 363 employees which the company made $218k of revenue per employee (RPE)

In FY22 revenue $101.1m, 451 employees, $224k (RPE)
FY23 revenue $118.3m, 511 employees, $232k (RPE)

In the Q&A yesterday, revenue is expected to grow at 20%+ for this FY. If employee headcount grows at 10% (RPE) is really going to accelerate.

Potentially FY24 could look something like this:
Revenue $142m, 562 employees, $253k (RPE)

I’m thinking brokers will be upgrading their targets for FY24 & FY25 next week.
