Is the company trying to "hide" the result with an after market announcement? If so then seriously it doesn't work and any educated investor will look through it and might even think the opposite, that the result is so bad that the board is trying to get away with an earnings release after the market has closed so that fewer people will notice it. Sometimes I think these boards have no brains.
