Say, if you own 1000 PXUPA, you will receive 545000 SRS shares in exchange.

All Outstanding PXUPA shares, currently not own by spicer. will be converted to SRS shares.

After conversion, equity per share is 7 cents and NTA per share is 5.6 cents.

Theoretically for a profitable company, share price should trade around at least close to NTA. Which could mean doubling your money. From current price of 2.5 cents per share to 5.6 cents.... theoretically.
