    This can will be kicked down the road till June,,at the very earliest IMHO... then an awarded amount, then an appeal if you want to really stretch it out,,, seen it before, $300k to legal to stave off a $9m or less until WPG are in a position to agree to payment etc. Judges are pretty smart characters
