I must agree - I took my $0.005 and spent it elsewhere did not reinvest in UML. If I thought its cheap at 0.029 (plus hopefully) then it was a screaming buy at 0.018 not than long ago.
In hindsight glad Board gave some money back already as the offer price would most have been much higher and Pybar would get to keep the cash instead of shareholders. The culprits are former MD and the Board (class of mid 2014 through to mid 2015) where this company if managed properly had the world at its feet ! The money did not get wasted (thankfully) so they are not corrupt - just lazy and incompetent !!
