    dargues was valued at 50mil when acquired yet they now value it at a few mil in this offer.

    why would anyone have faith in this board, they think we should accept it. the business could be broken down and sold for a higher price. cash and plant is worth more than the offer with no value given to gold in the ground.

    this wont be my biggest loss, that was another company run by Andrew McIlwain.
