    They get to buy everything for 30 Million, then they get the 30 Million UML has in cash reserves and all the assets. That being said UML has been trading at ridiculously low levels for as long as I can remember.

    What would be better is UML sell all their assets, Henty, Dargus, Bendigo and all equipment and distribute the cash reserves to all shareholders, we would be getting much more.
