Brokers agree with you who keep this capped with ridiculous consistency.
The cap at 16 cents is becoming a household item every morning.
As price seemed to get away yesterday, stock was quickly stacked again between 15 and 15.5 cents to bring price down for close.
While this might work for another few days but a break through 16 cents will probably see the stock quickly move to 20 cents as uptrend is confirmed.
Broker delays this as long as possible.
