given that RH talks to Tribe a lot, and Tribe is stumping up $30m or so for this raise, then RH must be getting a tick from AT. So shenanigans with a handful of shares he owned is completely irrelevant. Or RH would be somewhere else. No further discussion required when you look at the numbers. And a nonrenounceable rights issue to all of us with top ups….Ive never been in a company that does that, they are looking after all of us.
