Re the timing, this looks to me to be about letting all of us have a piece of the pie, not some slick insto placement to mates. So… the company is easily worth 10B US plus in about 3 years( maybe multiples of that) , even if you get diluted it only reduces your upside by 25%, so the SP should get above 50c soon and even a dollar or 2 with all these drugs, if successful. All one has to do is wait. Enough cash runway now to see us get thru all of it. And, it also stops the likes of shorters messing us up and waiting for a raise. And there are plenty around, see NEU.
And I think management know the results will be on the good side, it would just be a bit close if they wait til April which might be may or June for the next lots of results. And then it would make the raise difficult. They may well also be negotiating away our second drug after some results drop and if we are cashed up we can play a harder ballgame.
