I guess we still wait for an answer to "does it work". But it does at least seem they have massively improved the chances by deciding to target these eye diseases rather than more generalised parts of the body such as muscles. I'm "still" no scientist but targeting areas within the eye at least initially with the cell penetrative treatments seemed like a great way to limit off target absorption. Also seems like a much smaller and more specific target they have chosen so I am assuming they get more effect in more specific required area than if they were trying to treat something in the general body mass?
