The BBB thing has become quite confusing. I thought PYC had it and then I read someone else had announced it and now we have the patent. I would have thought that there is some WOW factor in this but once again the market ignores it. I have been accused of conspiracy theories before but this stock is being played for some reason. False stacks on the buy side and consistent selling at 4.5 down to 4. Someone wants it at this level for what ever reason or maybe someone who has a large volume is just plain bored.
