I also had awaited the AGM passing the additional 10% issuance capacity for price to be green lit to rise.

2 scenarios coming into play to explain the sluggishness of price appreciation:

1, market is by now numb to any developments surrounding the entity as obvious broker price control
has been in place in access of 12 months, which created.chronic disinterest by market, pointing
to a delayed market reaction which should see a real catch up story on significant news.

2, price was not simply held low in order to allow the additional 10% issuance capacity, reserved for companies with a market cap below 300 mil and/ or not being in the ASX 300, but is maintained to be low to create entry level for partner equity at 75% of 7 cents or 5.25 cents.
That issuance price under normal CR conditions would be catastrophic for our share price, but when bedded into
an advanced payment plus milestones licence deal would drive price up 120; to 150%; bringing close to 20 cents.

Additional share price advancements would be on interim trial read outs of the first human trials and milestones achieved in partnership programs as well as those programs we fully own and are not part of of a potential
partner licence deal.

Second scenario should see share price at around 35 to 45 cents by end of 23.
