To start tracking towards this playbook, market/Industry needs PYC to organically deliver milestones that is externally validated:
1) IND approval - FDA validate their pre clinical data/models/safety approach
2) Phase 1/2 readouts; our drug actually in Patients offers much needed real word safety/efficacy validation
the rest of it is noise imho, to the fundamental basis - right now we have a steep discount due to lack of timely execution - we are not delivering on the key/critical milestones at a time when we said we would.
Milestones are lagging 1-2 years behind stated dates when we did the 17c cap raise. It doesn’t take away from the strength of the team and past success that Sue has achieved in the real world concerning ASO therapeutics, and the hope is that paired with PYC technology future successes will be amplified, she’s accountable for 3x drugs on the ASO table, one could say she’s leading the field.
