thanks hottod, the ‘contact’ I consulted with was like ‘yes, normally done before IND’ but seems like there’s different levels - didn’t know there’s one test class termed ‘complete battery’.
But contact did advise maybe further testing triggered upon identification of ‘positive’ data points - maybe this is the assay class of tests, the FDA could have specifically asked for this, or maybe we unilaterally did a pre-empt.
Does seem more complicated and battery is normally a war term, does seem like we’re about to enter one to forge a new frontier. Clearly I underestimated how early we are in CPP-PMO therapeutics.
