Who would do that? Those who see other opportunities given wider market falls, they dont sell PYC due to PYC specific news. Great thing about market sell offs is people need/want to raise cash and great time to purchase/increase your holdings in quality companies.
I'm into US small caps and there have been 50%+ declines in some names, companies where the narrative hasnt changed and its a great time to increase holdings in profitable business with bright futures!
